Anteil and CPOSC 2008

Anteil, Inc. is proud to announce the Central Penn Open Source Conference 2008. The one day conference, to be held on Sunday, October 19th at ITT Tech’s Harrisburg campus, will kick off at 9 am. Over a dozen speakers will be present to address Open Source Software: Javascript, automated testing, penetration testing, system administration, virtualization, and more. 2008’s event will be the 2nd annual conference for this region.

The CPOSC (pronounced “see-posk”) was created by Eric Andreychek, Lon Farenwald, and John Mulligan. As members of various open source related organizations in the area (including Central Pennsylvania Linux User Group & Central PA Ruby Brigade) The idea behind CPOSC is to provide a time and place where people with a desire to gain knowledge and people with a desire to share knowledge about Open Source software can meet.
